Κακοκαιρία «Ιανός»: Τα μέτρα στήριξης για τους πληγέντες

Ο Στέλιος Πέτσας ανακοίνωσε τα εννέα μέτρα για τους πληγέντες από το πέρασμα της κακοκαιρίας «Ιανός» κατά τη σημερινή ενημέρωση.
Οκυβερνητικός εκπρόσωπος, Στέλιος Πέτσας ανακοίνωσε σήμερα τα μέτρα στήριξης για νοικοκυριά, επιχειρήσεις και δήμους που επλήγησαν από το πέρασμα της κακοκαιρίας «Ιανός». «Η κυβέρνηση εκφράζει βαθιά θλίψη για την απώλεια ανθρώπινων ζωών εξαιτίας του μεσογειακού κυκλώνα που έπληξε περιοχές της χώρας. Η κυβέρνηση εκφράζει επίσης ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στο προσωπικό της Πολιτικής Προστασίας, της Πυροσβεστικής, της Αστυνομίας που με αυτοθυσία πολλές φορές απεγκλώβισαν και έσωσαν πολλούς συνανθρώπους μας», τόνισε ο κυβερνητικός εκπρόσωπος Στέλιος Πέτσας ξεκινώντας την ενημέρωση των πολιτικών συντακτών. Την ίδια ώρα, ο κ. Πέτσας επεσήμανε ότι εξίσου ευχαριστούμε «όσους εργάστηκαν αλλά και εργάζονται κάτω από αντίξοες συνθήκες για την παροχή βοήθεια στους πληγέντες και την αποκατάσταση της λειτουργίας βασικών υποδομών. Η κυβέρνηση κατόπιν οδηγιών του πρωθυπουργού Κυριάκου Μητσοτάκη προχωρά σε άμεσες παρεμβάσεις για την αποζημίωση νοικοκυριών και επιχειρήσεων που επλήγησαν στις περιοχές που κηρύσσονται σε κατάσταση έκτακτης ανάγκης».

Τα μέτρα
1. Αναστέλλεται η πληρωμή όλων των εκκρεμών, βεβαιωμένων και ληξιπρόθεσμων φορολογικών υποχρεώσεων τόσο για τις επιχειρήσεις όσο και για τα φυσικά πρόσωπα για έξι μήνες.

2. Χορηγείται ενίσχυση 600 ευρώ σε κάθε νοικοκυριό που έχει πληγεί η κύρια κατοικία του. Επιπλέον 600 ευρώ στις πολύτεκνες οικογένειες. Επιπλέον 600 ευρώ για κάθε μέλος της οικογένειας που είναι άτομο με ειδικές ανάγκες. Παρέχεται επίσης ενίσχυση μέχρι 6.000 ευρώ ανά νοικοκυριό για την επισκευή ή την αντικατάσταση οικοσκευής της κύριας πληγείσας οικίας. Ειδική ενίσχυση 4.500 ευρώ παρέχεται σε άτομα που υπέστησαν κάποιας μορφής αναπηρία από τραυματισμό στη φυσική καταστροφή.

3. Διατίθεται, άμεσα, 1 εκατ. ευρώ σε κάθε Δήμο που έχει πληγεί, για την αποκατάσταση του οδικού δικτύου. Επιπλέον, το υπουργείο Εσωτερικών θα διαθέσει, μέσω του Προγράμματος Δημοσίων Επενδύσεων, τις απαραίτητες οικονομικές ενισχύσεις στους πληγέντες Δήμους, για την αποκατάσταση των υποδομών που έχουν καταστραφεί.

4. Προχωρά άμεσα, μέσω του ΕΛΓΑ, η καταγραφή των ζημιών, ώστε να δοθούν οι προβλεπόμενες αποζημιώσεις στις αγροτικές εκμεταλλεύσεις που έχουν πληγεί.

5. Χορηγείται έκτακτη εφάπαξ ενίσχυση, με τη μορφή επιδόματος, 5.000 ευρώ για τα πληγέντα φυσικά πρόσωπα ανά κατοικία και 8.000 ευρώ για τα φυσικά και νομικά πρόσωπα ανά πληγείσα επιχείρηση.

6. Προβλέπεται επιχορήγηση επιχειρήσεων ύψους 30%-70% της ζημίας για κτιριακές εγκαταστάσεις, μηχανολογικό εξοπλισμό, πρώτες ύλες, εμπορεύματα και κατεστραμμένα φορτηγά αυτοκίνητα.

7. Παρέχεται στεγαστική συνδρομή σε φυσικά και νομικά πρόσωπα, για την αποκατάσταση κτιρίων και κτιριακών εγκαταστάσεων, που καλύπτει το σύνολο της εκτιμηθείσας ζημίας, με δωρεάν κρατική αρωγή 60% και άτοκο δάνειο 40%.

8. Δρομολογείται, ύστερα από συνεννόηση με την Ελληνική Ένωση Τραπεζών, αναστολή ή ρύθμιση δανειακών υποχρεώσεων στους πολίτες των Δήμων που έχουν πληγεί.

9. Εντάσσονται στον 4ο κύκλο Επιστρεπτέας Προκαταβολής, επιχειρήσεις των Δήμων που έχουν πληγεί, χωρίς να απαιτείται ως προϋπόθεση η μείωση ποσοστού τζίρου και η χρήση ταμειακής μηχανής».

Νεκρή σε χαράδρα εντοπίστηκε η αστροφυσικός στην Ικαρία

Σε μια χαράδρα βάθους 20 μέτρων στη θέση Κεραμέ Αγίου Κηρύκου, περίπου ενάμισι χιλιόμετρο από το ξενοδοχείο όπου διέμενε με τον σύντροφο της, βρέθηκε το πτώμα της 35χρονης Βρετανίδας αστροφυσικού. Λίγο πριν τις 5 το απόγευμα, εθελοντής πυροσβέστης που πραγματοποιούσε έρευνες στην περιοχή, εντόπισε το πτώμα της γυναίκας δίνοντας τέλος στο θρίλερ των 72 ωρών από την εξαφάνιση της.
Η άτυχη Βρετανίδα φορούσε τα ίδια ρούχα που συνήθιζε να φορά όταν έκανε τζόκινγκ τις ημέρες που βρισκόταν στο νησί.

Αμέσως ειδοποιήθηκαν οι αρχές, το σημείο αποκλείστηκε και οι τραυματιοφορείς του ΕΚΑΒ έφθασαν στο σημείο για να ανασύρουν μαζί με πυροσβέστες το πτώμα της Νάταλι Κρίστοφερ. Επίσημα η Αστυνομία αρχικά δεν είχε προβεί σε ταυτοποίηση, όμως το γεγονός ότι δεν έχει δηλωθεί άλλη εξαφάνιση στο νησί, οδηγούν στο συμπέρασμα ότι πρόκειται για τη Βρετανίδα αστροφυσικό. Μάλιστα, σήμερα το μεσημέρι κλιμάκιο του Τμήματος Ανθρωποκτονιών από τα κεντρικά των Αθηνών, έφυγε εκτάκτως για το νησί του Αιγαίου προκειμένου να αναλάβει την υπόθεση. Η παραπάνω ενέργεια δείχνει ότι η Αστυνομία δεν αντιμετωπίζει πια το φάκελο “Νάταλι Κρίστοφερ” σαν μια απλή εξαφάνιση και ψάχνει να δει αν πίσω από αυτή την ιστορία κρύβεται κάτι άλλο.

Τελικά, εθελοντές που “χτένιζαν” την ευρύτερη περιοχή που η 35χρονη Βρετανίδα συνήθιζε να κάνει τζόκινγκ εντόπισαν πτώμα γυναίκα σε χαράδρα και αμέσως ενημέρωσαν τις αρχές. Πλέον μετά την ταυτοποίηση και την αναγνώριση που όπως λένε οι πληροφορίες είναι μάλλον τυπική διαδικασία αναμένεται να ξεκινήσει η αστυνομική έρευνα για τα αίτια του θανάτου. Αν δηλαδή η Βρετανίδα γλίστρησε και έπεσε στο γκρεμό όπως έκανε τζοκινγκ ή κρύβεται κάτι άλλο πίσω από τον θάνατο της.

Πάντως, σύμφωνα με απόλυτα έγκυρες πληροφορίες από τις μέχρι στιγμής έρευνες δεν υπάρχει κάποιο στοιχείο που να οδηγεί στο συμπέρασμα ότι πίσω από την εξαφάνιση και τον θάνατο της 35χρονης αστροφυσικού βρίσκεται ο 38χρονος σύντροφος της. Μάλιστα και τις δύο αυτές ημέρες από την εξέταση που του έκαναν διαπίστωσαν πως δεν έπεσε σε καμία αντίφαση ενώ όπως λένε δεν εκδήλωσε κάποια περίεργη συμπεριφορά. Άλλωστε δεν υπάρχει καμία μαρτυρία που να δείχνει ότι κάτι συνέβη τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες και το βράδυ της προηγούμενης Κυριακής ενώ σε ο,τι αφορά στις σταγόνες αίματος όλα δείχνουν ότι πρόκειται για ρινορραγία από φυσικά αίτια.

Υπενθυμίζεται ότι το θρίλερ ξεκίνησε νωρίς το μεσημέρι της Δευτέρας, όταν ο 38χρονος Κύπριος σύντροφος της αστροφυσικού παρουσιάστηκε στο Α.Τ. Αγίου Κυρήκου και δήλωσε την εξαφάνιση της. Όπως είπε, είχαν έρθει στις 3 Αυγούστου στην Ικαρία όπου έμεναν σε ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια και θα αναχωρούσαν το βράδυ της Δευτέρας για την Κύπρο μέσω Αθηνών.

Πολύτεκνη μητέρα η 38χρονη που χτύπησε τον άντρα της με μπαλτά στην Καλαμάτα

Ένα απίστευτο περιστατικό ενδοοικογενειακής βίας εξελίχθηκε χτες το πρωί στην Καλαμάτα στην περιοχή της Δυτικής Παραλίας όταν μια 38χρονη γυναίκα τραυμάτισε με τον μπαλτά τον 46χρονο συζυγό της.

Όλα ξεκίνησαν σήμερα το πρωί όταν μετά από μια οικογενειακή συζήτηση, ξαφνικά τα αίματα άναψαν και η 38χρονη αλλοδαπή, μητέρα τεσσάρων ανήλικων παιδιών, επιτέθηκε με τον μπαλτά στον 46χρονο Έλληνα σύζυγό της.

Μάλιστα η 38χρονη γυναίκα με καταγωγή από την Πολωνία, τραυμάτισε τον άνδρα της με δύο χτυπήματα στο κεφάλι και άλλο ένα στο δεξί του χέρι.

Ο 46χρονος κατάφερε και ξέφυγε από την σύντροφό του και με το αυτοκίνητο του πήγε έως το νοσοκομείο Καλαμάτας για τις πρώτες βοήθειες ενώ χρειάστηκε να του γίνουν και ράμματα για τα τραύματα του.

Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, οι γιατροί αμέσως τον περιέθαλψαν και του έκαναν όλες τις απαραίτητες εξετάσεις, ενώ διαπιστώθηκε ότι πέρα από το βαθύ θλαστικό τραύμα που έφερε, είχε και κάταγμα κρανίου.

Έτσι κρίθηκε απαραίτητο να διακομιστεί με ασθενοφόρο στο Παναρκαδικό Νοσοκομείο Τρίπολης, προκειμένου να υποβληθεί σε νευροχειρουργική επέμβαση καθώς στο νοσοκομείο Καλαμάτας δεν υπήρχε γιατρός.

Ώστοσο η κατάσταση του πολύτεκνου πατέρα δεν εμπνέει ανησυχία και έχει επιστρέψει από το μεσημέρι στο Νοσοκομείο Καλαμάτας, όπου και νοσηλεύεται στην Χειρουργική Κλινική.

Να σημειωθεί πως οι γιατροί ειδοποίησαν την αστυνομία καθώς ο άτυχος 46χρονος τους κατήγγειλε το περιστατικό ενδοοικογενειακής βίας.
